I’m pleased to welcome aboard and introduce John Maguire as our new Director of Client Services! Joining us from Takeda in Lexington, MA, John comes with a deep background in biomanufacturing processes and the application of operational technologies to optimize these processes.
With over 18 years of process engineering experience, including plant capability analysis, single-use systems, business process design, system implementations, functional specification development, and the start-up of several manufacturing facilities, John brings a significant experience and know-how to our current and future clients looking to bring digital maturity to their process development and tech transfer activities.
John is located in the Boston metro area which strategically complements the growing number of customers, partners, and interests in the region. While drug development is an increasingly global endeavor, we’ve found an exciting mix of clients in the Northeast corridor. There’s an impressive concentration of effort and talent in the region, and we’re excited to establish a foothold there.
We chose John specifically for this role due to the depth and breadth of his expertise in our industry. As a new member of our team, he’ll help us towards our mission of bringing digital transformation and maturity to the life sciences industry. Achieving that mission is not just about building fantastic software; it means helping our clients realize their fullest potential with our software tools effectively in their hands. And, that means getting all aspects right: onboarding, validation, training, implementation, your first risk management meeting, and so on.
