Ane Quesada Ganuza is a Senior Scientist in the MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) department at Viralgen, where she specializes in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for gene therapy products. Her work focuses on adeno-associated virus (AAV) production using advanced platform strategies that enhance consistency, scalability, and regulatory compliance across serotypes and drug products.

Joschka was an early adopter of QbDVision at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and Viralgen and previously worked on various late-stage projects as a Quality-by-Design Expert for Product & Process Characterization, Process Validation, and Transfers in various roles across Development, MSAT, QC, or Data Science and Digitalization.
