If you’re flying to the Summit, we strongly recommend that you fly to Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA). Dallas area airports are 3 to 3.5 hours drive away and Houston area airports are 2.5-3 hours drive away, depending on traffic. ABIA is a 20 minute drive from the summit venue at Hotel Zaza.
Unfortunately no, although we would love to be able to offer this remotely, we feel that the best experience for Digital CMC Summit is live and in person.
The Digital CMC Summit team is committed to the health and safety of all of its attendees and is continually monitoring the impact of COVID-19 and other viral events and will follow state and federal guidelines as circumstances evolve. Should an increased risk of any outbreak become a reality surrounding the event, we will communicate directly to ticket holders regarding the situation and options.
Yes! We have a preferred rate with Hotel Zaza, where the event will be held. We are sending discount codes directly to registrants via email to take advantage of this special rate.
Our team will have professional videographers recording the sessions. These recordings will be shared with attendees after the summit. We encourage attendees to capture the event, but kindly request that attendees refrain from using flash during speaking sessions.

Attendees in violation of this code of conduct may be asked to leave without refund at the discretion of the summit organizers.

With all of the summit events being conveniently held at hotel ZaZa, those who stay at Hotel ZaZa will not need any transportation for the summit events. There may be evening events held offsite, but will be in close proximity to the event site/hotel.
All tickets must be pre-purchased ahead of the event. Early bird tickets run through September 3rd. Regular priced tickets run through October 28th. Promotions may be subject to change.
Your summit ticket includes access to breakfast and lunch on all 3 days. You’ll also get access to our evening events, including our kickoff dinner on day 1 and the Summit Soiree on day 2.
