About The Role
We are looking for an organized, self-starting, Talent Acquisition Manager to help us double our headcount over the next year. You will own the execution of the full hiring lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating, offer extension, and closing. Additionally, together with the Director of Operations, you will design and implement the ins and outs of the hiring process with quality – both of the candidates and the candidate experience – top of mind.
What You’ll Own
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process across all departments (from job intake to offer)
- Source high-quality candidates using creative strategies (LinkedIn, outbound, networks and networking, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand each role
- Drive the interview process: screen candidates, schedule panels, collect feedback, and support/guide hiring manager decisions
- Maintain our ATS (e.g. Workable) and ensure data hygiene + pipeline health
- Craft compelling job descriptions and keep postings fresh and inclusive
- Own the candidate experience: timely, warm, and professional every step of the way
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to evolve our hiring process as we grow
What You Need To Succeed
- 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a startup or fast-growing company
- Experience hiring across multiple departments (bonus if technical or GTM)
- Clear, confident communication and strong relationship-building skills
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple open roles without dropping the ball
- A bias for action — you don’t wait around to be told what to do
- Bonus: experience with Workable, Greenhouse, or other modern ATS tools
