There's very little about building software companies that he doesn't understand at every layer, from technical things like programming to hiring and managing large remote and diverse teams.

Luke is an experienced technology leader with a background in growing teams, building software products, and running business operations. As Chief Marketing Officer at QbDVision, he leads marketing and brings operational and cross-industry experience to the company's brand and go-to-market.

Phillip Johnson brings over three decades of financial leadership and strategic expertise to his role as Chief Financial Officer at QbDVision. Since joining the company in March 2022, Phillip has leveraged his extensive experience in financial planning, risk management, capital raising, and operational improvement to drive sustainable growth and innovation in the organization.

Chas is a decades long veteran of technology who has led teams large and small across a wide variety of industries, from politics, e-commerce, developer tooling, and many others.

Emma is a distinguished healthcare leader who has served in multiple C-level positions for both public and private companies in the healthcare technology industry. She has developed M&A strategies for public and private companies on both the buy and sell-side, with investment targets of up to $1B.

Eric is a full-time Venture Partner at S3 Ventures, and board member of S3 portfolio companies Atmosphere, VUV Analytics, and CherryCircle Software, the parent company of QbDVision. He was previously CEO at Invodo (an S3 Ventures portfolio company), a partner at Sevin Rosen Funds, and held numerous product and sales roles at Microsoft.

Paxton Major is a member of Northpond Ventures convergent technologies team. Paxton is a Board Observer at Scitara, Syapse, SimBioSys, NanoView, VieCure, SeluxDX, and other emerging growth companies. Prior to Northpond, Paxton was a consultant at Trinity Partners, a life science-focused strategy and management consultancy. Paxton earned a B.S. with honors in neurobiology from Brown University.
