What You’ll Own

  • Lead a national sales expansion strategy into several major markets across the U.S.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell enterprise B2B accounts to increase annual contract revenue.
  • Partner with product and marketing leadership to develop sales enablement, key messaging & positioning, and collateral.
  • Develop a sales playbook that will enable the organization to handle objectives, improve win rate, and scorecards to evaluate and rank deal opportunities.
  • Build a deep understanding of the total addressable market, product development process, and QBDVision value proposition.
  • Oversee deal pipeline at each stage of the process, including aged deals and contacts.
  • Maintain tools and processes for reporting, forecasting and CRM sales activity.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Sales experience. 4+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise experience within the pharma or biotech industry.
  • Consultative. Ability to ask thoughtful questions and listen with a high level of intent in service of providing clients with tailored solutions based on their specific needs and pain points.
  • Intellectual horsepower. Ability to absorb and understand highly technical concepts and subject matter regarding pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, and medical devices development.
  • Resourceful. Comfortable with ambiguity and working within a nascent sales environment.
